Mid Intersection—Very Dangerous

On the tenth I wrote the day before that I had caught a TVA to MV.  On the train I learned that my friend’s bike had been stolen and so I called her and then I called Swell.  I made the transfers Mid-DC and had an incident at JS and 19th where an adjacent car tried to change lanes mid intersection—very dangerous.

I fretted about offering a bike to my friend and called her when I arrived home.  As I suspected she was reticent about it but was eventually swayed.  I spoke to mom on the way out about the incident and then walked to Swell.

At Lawton I saw a Bike Party buddy.  He had not been to BP due to an injury.  He gave me a ride and asked about the Ladies ride.  I told him about the stolen bike.  I went to Swell and picked up a beautiful red bike.  I had only a couple of problems on the way home with it.  I tweeted and FB’d and walked to Judah.  My friend got there first.  We had Thai food.  I told her about work and she told me about her job.  Eventually she told me about how the bike had disappeared.  We walked to my house then.  She wasn’t thrilled by the bike.  Later I went through my emails and edited my notes and blogs and edited the cue sheet.

On the morning of the day that I wrote this I was slow to rise and rode to Central Coffee.  I took McAlester and some lady was rude the whole way to Civic Center.  I took 6th to Bryant and then Townsend from 5th.  I read the paper to MV and saw a Twitter freind.  I took the TVA and arrived at 8.

This is an occasional series chronicling my life. This Notebook Analysis series is meant to be contemporaneous piece developed as an agglomeration of my notebook pages. In each of these posts I used my notes to develop my recent thoughts.
