I wrote that I left work and rode home to
PHill and took the train to 16th. I rode
to SoPac and got my card—which I had left there on Sunday—and sat down for a
meal. A guy came up then and it turned
out that he had lost his card too. He
said he knew me from somewhere and I went over Bike Party, Winterfest and
Butterlap and while he had gotten into all of those things—and even knew
Tracy—it turned out we had gone to the Hella Big Bike Party together. The manager who had helped me couldn’t help
him with his card. I noted that the
bartender had gleefully screamed at me, “SPOT MIND?” I went to the uptown and saw the guy I had
seen at Festa a few days earlier and we talked about it. I then listened to my buddy the bartender
there on one of his soapbox moments.
On the morning of day that I wrote this I
was up at 7 and got to work at 915.
This is an occasional series chronicling my life. This
Notebook Analysis series is meant to
be contemporaneous piece developed as an agglomeration of my notebook pages. In
each of these posts I used my notes to develop my recent thoughts.
