On the twenty-sixth of May I wrote up
stats for the bike ride. The ride in all
was 57 miles and we climbed 2000 feet.
We also descended 1700 on the last day.
Pretty amazeballs.
I had a dream where I was sharing the
house with the family. I also tried to
wake myself up. I saw something in a
window while lying down and thought that hissing would help me to wake up. It didn’t.
Instead I dreamt that I saw something in the hall and got out of the bed
I was in and went to look at it. I found
a high school classmate hanged with a look on his face like I had couaght him
in a practical joke. The whole episode
was comically macabre. I think I was
yelling and I grabbed him—maybe to “save” him—but his pants were sopping
wet. The whole dream was really creepy.
I awoke and in time realized that I could
catch the early train. I struggled to
get to the door then but in the end I made the train fine. The trip was boring and likewise VTA left
later than I had anticipated. I had
breakfast and then came upstairs.
This is an occasional series chronicling my life. This
Notebook Analysis series is meant to
be contemporaneous piece developed as an agglomeration of my notebook pages. In
each of these posts I used my notes to develop my recent thoughts.
